I go in trying to purchase balloons for my friends birthday party. It takes about 5 minutes just to get someone to help me. Once someone comes he is focused on doing something with the phone. He keeps picking it up and then back down and slamming things around. It was really weird, he was distracted and not helpful. I finally place my order but the price is crazy. I only wanted 10 balloons and it cost over $15! I feel ripped off. To add to this, one of the balloons had a hole in it and just looks pathetic compared to the others. Awful experience with terrible customer service.
