Their slogan is cleaner and faster, but should include more expensive by far. We had a small gas leak in the garage. Their quote was $69 for the service call and $700+ for the repairs. They were unable to tell me the costs of parts vs labor. We called another company and they completed the work for under $300. And DON'T ever sign their contract. You end up paying a monthly rate and getting nothing in return and it is almost impossible to get out of. I faxed my signed cancellation and have the fax confirmation yet they say they didn't receive it and required me to send another.
Even when they came and checked my furnace for winter and found it to be in good working order they wanted to fix something that "wasn't broken yet" but "could break some day".
Their goal is to up sell on everything whether you need it or not. I consider this company to be untrustworthy and they will not receive my business in the future.
