Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this event. I say this because I'm sure Rachel put a lot of time into coordinating this event. When we arrived I was worried I was late because it was right at 6pm. We were given 2 drink tickets and directed to mingle at the bar. The drink tickets were good for the sangria and pineapple daiquiri. We didn't sit down for quite sometime. Once we were moved to the seating area the chef and manager came out to talk about the restaurant and the bites we would be served. It was really noise so I barely caught what they were saying. The bites were brought out in waves and it was a free for all with taking them. I did try each of the bites and Im sad to say they didn't have much flavor. I liked the chickpea one and the korean bbq sauce but beside that, not much flavor. We ended up ordering drinks and food off the regular menu and they were much better. We had the server Don and he was great. I feel bad they didn't really seem staffed for the event. Not sure who's fault it was, but the event also changed dates last minute which mad for babysitting lineup difficulties. Glad I still made it to check out the place.
