*EDC WEEK/ LATE REVIEW*
I would've rated this place higher if i haven't called 5-10 minutes before I arrived confirming if they had the bone marrow and was lied to. Considering I was only visiting Vegas and was really looking forward to this meal I am beyond lost for words on how whoever picked up the phone straight up lied to me.
On Monday after picking up around rental car we decided to go to District One based on the many recommendations we got from friends and online. When we got there, I asked for the big bone soup which they said they didn't have. I was fine with that considering they told me to come earlier on Wednesday (I flew out Wednesday night) cause they are closed on Tuesday. Fine. So we ordered the oxtail fried rice, baby bak choi, garlic serrano wings, pho tai nam and the pho oxtail. All were nothing short of amazing but I reaaaaaaally wanted the bone marrow.
Fast forward to Wednesday, I call the restaurant to confirm they have it so I don't waste my time and money going there and they don't have, the female who picked up the phone said "they have it at the time of the call but they don't have the lobster" fine I didn't want the lobster anyways. So I call a uber and rush over to district One, ask for the a table for two and then was told they didn't have the big bone pho at all, and didn't have it all day.
Are you kidding me. I literally rushed over full of joy and left with nothing but hated and a tummy empty of bone marrow :(. It's alright though, I went to Hobak BBQ (review to come) and that was one easily of the best korean meals I've ever had I am still hoping for the next time I come to Vegas they still have this so I can try it :(.
I'm coming back to Vegas in May hopefully it's available then. Will update
