I left this practice after being a loyal customer (and spending tens of thousands of dollars there) for about 6 years. My experiences with Dr. Loveless were consistently fantastic (he is kind, patient, explains things thoroughly, calls to follow-up, collaborates with specialists in the area) however the turnover for other doctors and their support staff is very high.
Also, the facility is small, old and run down, but prices are similar to other (brand new, much nicer and cleaner) facilities. The manager is young, not a doctor, and has a really negative and unprofessional attitude. If Dr. Loveless ever leaves to work for another practice, I would love to be his customer again. For now, I recommend the Hambright Animal Hospital (nicer facility and more positive people), East Lincoln Animal Hospital (much cheaper) and Animal Medical Hospital (really organized and professional).
