Invitation Homes has complete disregard for the neighbors of their Tenants. My current neighbor is a Tenant of Invitation Homes, and is by far the worst neighbor I have ever had. Imagine the neighbor from hell? It's this guy. I have contacted Invitation Homes on multiple occasions by phone and email, and they have yet to return any correspondences or try to resolve the issues. Writing letters to their CEO/President and the rest of their Board is next. What kind of entity whose business is renting homes cares so little about being a good neighbor? Like so many big businesses out there, all they care about is making $$$$$. Invitation Homes is not trying to be a member of an established community...they just want to get paid. I can only imagine how they treat their Tenants! If you read their other reviews on Yelp, the Better Business Bureau (which they are not a member of...another red flag! 97% negative rating!), etc., you will see what I mean. I would avoid this company if you are considering renting a home from them or use them as your Property Management company. God help you if you are a neighbor of someone who is a Tenant of Invitation Homes and you have an issue.
