I had a wisdom tooth pulled over 5 years ago by another dentist. No problems. For the past several months I've been having pain in that area and when pushed with my tongue the pain was worse.
My dentist sent me to see Dr. Mansfield. He plucked out 3 bone chips which he said is common with an extraction, and they can work themselves up over time. He only charged for the consult.
Well, unfortunately those little chips weren't the entire problem. Had to go back, no fault of Dr. Mansfield. He had to go more invasive. But he was fantastic about it. Very caring, great bedside manner. Everyone in the office is awesome!
Highly recommend if you need any extractions, or implants which my wife is going to need coming up and will go to see Dr. Mansfield.
