It was a lot better when it first opened up, the food quality has gone down quit a bit unfortunately. I never have bad service there, even when it's crowded there, the food still comes at a reasonable time. Popcorn chicken portion has gone down and they give very little sauce with it. I'm not expecting fresh chicken, but the meat is a little too old to serve. The bubble tea is consistently good, I just wish that the ginger milk tea has more ginger flavour in it. The brick toast has a thin layer of flavour on top and the rest of the inside is absolutely plain. In my opinion, the shaved ice desserts are over rated and more for your Instagram photos. The overall prices are not high, but too high for the quality of food they serve.
