Having to go to this location practically every other day and week for the past two months ... One teller and other employees just doing nothing while there's a long line is not a good look ... I don't appreciate the customer care here and I wish my husband doesn't bank here but considerate enough that the regular branch I go to are nice and considerate unlike the ladies at this location !!!! To me they just prefer to stand around than help the needs of customers .. However there's one teller I see the outstanding service she gives unfortunate the other two should take lessons on customer care ... Now I know I have no consideration in ever banking here honestly I didn't like the first impression when I first came to this location !!! I see long lines one teller and two employees chatting in a room not a good look ... I'm at a different location and u see two tellers and others actually doing this than just standing around ... Ladies find urself a job behind the doors cause your image is not a good look bad enough you have no customer care !!
