I went to The Arch Pedi Spa a few days ago with my friend. The pedicure was average...not great. I wasn't sure if I'd return until later that night my toe started hurting like crazy. I think the nail tech cut my nail too short or something. Usually I get a pedicure to make my feet feel good...I've never been to a nail salon that actually hurt me. It is still hurting and if it isn't better tomorrow I'm going to another salon to see if they can fix it. Sure, arch only charged $19.99 for a first time pedicure....but if I have to go somewhere else to fix their mistake, then it isn't worth it. I'm not even going to comment on how unprofessional the place and staff seemed while we were there. I'm too bothered by the pain in my big toe. I would not recommend this place.
