I came here for a relaxing manicure pedicure- I made an appointment a week in advance. It was my fault that I was running 10 minutes late to my 12 appointment, however when I got there it was empty. They told me two people would do my manicure pedicure at the same time, which is fine. This was the most rushed, unrelaxing manicure pedicure I have ever received. From the start she kept pushing a gel manicure which I told her I was not interested in at this time. Then she spoke in a different language while doing my nails to her friend. The lady doing my nails forgot to use cuticle oil or lotion until my nails were already painted and then she attempted to do it! She also left halfway through to do a walk in eyebrow wax. At 12:30 two girls came if for gel manicures which I guess is the appointment they were waiting for...but even spacing a manicure and pedicure combo 30 minutes apart I believe is too rushed...I guess it's my fault for going somewhere that sends 50% off new opening flyers...
