Just downloaded Lyft app and tried it for the first time at Sky Harbor airport (PHX) The app doesn't ask if you're on the North side or South side of the terminal so the driver needs to check both adding 5 min to his arrival. Uber has been confirming the pick up location for 6 months. I didn't realize the people at Lyft are so backwards. This is no place on their web site for feedback so here I am at Yelp. The driver, ride, and price were fine
