I found MetroPointe to be overall a great place to live. I choose an apartment that faced towards a grassy area, so it was very quiet. Everything is handled with minimal fuss, and any issues were conveniently addressed. The layout of the apartment worked really well for me, I really liked the tall ceilings and modern kitchen areas. As a single person, I always felt secure here. Two caveats: 1. Justin worked in the office and was absolutely amazing. Always helpful and knowledgeable, he seem to really want to get to know the residents. He left a few months ago, and customer service in the office is now alright. Nothing to complain about, but not the stellar treatment I was used to. 2. You can only have CenturyLink for cable TV and Internet here. I have torn my hair out in frustration dealing with CenturyLink. If I ever return to the Tempe area, This is the one thing that would prevent me from coming back to MetroPointe because CenturyLink Is.Just.That.Bad. MetroPointe should consider allowing other Internet provider options, I think that would make them so much better (and probably more competitive).
