WHAT TO TRY? Their pop ice with the nitrogen effect! It's pretty cool inside the restaurant filled with nitrogen gas tanks and seeing the workers making the dessert concoction for the customers. It was getting foggy in and out the front where the workers worked because they are constantly pouring liquid nitrogen for customers to see. Through the recommendation from the server, the most popular drink is the mango pop ice so we ordered that. It was pretty cool to see how they make the dessert. Apparently the white stuff in the pop ice are frozen milk bits and at the bottom of the cup, you also get a dose of pudding at the very bottom of the cup. LAST TIP? Try out the different flavors this restaurant can provide and you will be fascinated with the liquid nitrogen effect with each cup of pop ice!
