I have always had positive experiences at this dealership. I began coming for routine maintenance when I lived a mile away. That was years ago (when it was Riverview Nissan), and I have since moved up North. I still drive the extra miles to Mesa because the service people (in particular Jacob) always take good care of me.
Personally I make an appointment prior to coming in for first thing in the morning (before they get slammed) and I am in and out in 30-40 minutes for an oil change.
I came in today because my brakes have been super squeaky!! They got my car in and I asked them for a ride down the street to 24 hour fitness so I could get a workout while I wait. They were very nice and told me to give them a call when I wanted to be picked up. PERFECT! So when I got back my service guy said the brakes seemed to be really dusty, so they cleaned them up, washed my "baby", and handed me the keys.
All gratis! I will definitely continue driving here for all future service!
