Great place for ice cream!! I love the fact that they dip the ice cream into actual different chocolates not into the choco-wax stuff like DQ. This is the real deal, I ordered one that was caramel corn in the ice cream, and the ice cream vendor actually sat there and "installed" caramel popcorn onto the perimeter of the ice cream cone! Then it was all dipped into fresh hot chocolate.
With this place practically down the street from the local DQ, it's worth the extra 10 steps to get a unique ice cream treat, instead of same-o same-o from the competition.
On a side note, they offer affogoto's!! It is kind of weird but you get the gelato from this guy and run to the weird neighbor and get your espresso, it's a little confusing and weird. I wish they would do it all on site. It's a pretty short list of ice cream vendor who sell this in Montreal. With their neighbors offering different business hours, I guess it is time specific as to when you can order one.
