Customer Service is horrible...first time calling to seek out a camping chair. I just needed to know do you have one? and how much? After two times calling and both times being put on hold for a long time (mean while my husband is waiting for this information as he is driving to and fro to Wal-Marts)...first time the sporting good section did not want to answer the phone, second time they picked up or knocked the phone over and never said anything. So I call again then the woman sends me to the electronic section and the guy says I will get you that info, he goes he comes back with what I asked. Sounds like some of them need to do evaluations on performance of there employee's.
