So I'm a local and the bellagio buffet is one of my favorites on the strip ! The quality is usually top notch, but unfortunately today on April 29,2015 the food was quite disappointing. Not just one item but the whole experience tonight . My juice was super water downed and can tell it was old. Steak and pizza were super dry and old tasting . The bass tasted not as good as it were the previously times I've came here . The desert was the best part but you can't really mess desert up . Idk if they got new Chiefs or it was just a bad day but I would like to let them know that their food game has gone down and isn't as good as it was in the past. Time to step it up again and reclaim your tittle as one of the best buffets on the strip because tonight it was NOT up to that standard .
