With only two weeks left before moving in to our new home, we contacted The Hardwood Floor Guys hoping they could squeeze us in. We left a message with little hope of a return call since we had been experiencing poor service from every other service provider with whom we had been dealing. Within an hour, Jon called us back and gave us some options for our floors as well as an estimate based on our measurements and description of the condition of the floors. We then set up an appointment for the NEXT DAY for Jon to take a look. He was on time and professional referencing both myself and my boyfriend who wasn't able to be there by name. He was informative and attentive, taking measurements, and answering all of my questions with patience. He provided a verbal estimate and then emailed it to me later that day. After receiving the emailed estimate, I called him to confirm when he would be able to start and he was able to begin the very next day. He told me the job would take 2 days and it did. Jon and his partner Chris were on time and provided prompt and clear communication during our 2 day project. As someone who works in the service industry, I am very critical of the service I receive.
