FedEx is one of the worst shipping company there is. I had an envelope to be delivered today and I was home all day. The driver was not able to driver the envelope because there was no one one(I was home all day). I was able to talk to a Supervisor and had the envelope redelivered. I got the envelope and while I gave the thing that you sign to the driver, he said in a sarcastic way "you're welcome" without me even saying thank you.
I called and complained again and talked to a Tyler, very unprofessional and accusatory.
No wonder I don't use them nor friends use them. Unfortunately, j have friends who are pilots for FedEx. FedEx guys, sorry no more upgrade to First Class ever on my flight. Btw, I'm a flight attendant for a major airline.
