TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! But I do not have a choice but to use them. They need to be fired and get another company that cares about serving their customers. My recycling day is Monday. I put everything out on Sunday. At 2 pm on Monday the recycling had NOT been picked up so I called. I was told they work until 6 pm and they might still pick up today but she put it on the schedule for a pickup tomorrow (Tuesday). Tuesday came and went and when I called I was told the pickup day changed to Thursday. They did not notify me in any way that they changed the day - no phone call, no email, no letter, no door hanger - NOTHING. They did not even tell me when I called on Monday. When I checked the calendar on the website today it still says recycling on Monday pickup. When I checked the address list...well....my street is conveniently left off of their list - so apparently my street does NOT exist. So I guess this means they can change things every time it is convenient for them. Yesterday I spent 1/2 hour picking up papers that blew all over the street. I have always recycled but nobody else in my neighborhood recycles. Now I know why. If I would have put all this stuff in the garbage pile it would have been picked up a long time ago. And the garbage is picked up twice a week. I have to wait for 2 weeks to put out the recycling and then they still DO NOT PICK UP THE RECYCLING. What a shame that this company has caused me to STOP RECYCLING. This company needs to get fired immediately. We should NOT be forced to use a company that has terrible business practices and does not care about their paying customers. I am done recycling until we can get another company to take over this mess.
