I have been going to this location for about seven years now. I used to be so satisfied with this gym because of the location, the staff, and the cleanliness where I would refuse to go to any other location. After coming back from college it has gone downhill tremendously and would have to agree with the recent negative reviews people have posted below me.
The new manager (I think his name is Matt) is the most disrespectful employee I have ever met. He has a very cold attitude and doesn't even greet customers with a warm welcome. I had gone there with my mother one day when I was visiting because I was a guest (canceled my membership while I was in school) and he asked us to leave because my appearance didn't match my birth date that was on the screen. He was completely rude to my mother and you just don't treat customers who pay a fortune and get turned away... I mean after all my parents pay to come there so it makes no sense.
The locker room and bathrooms never get cleaned and smell awful every single time I go in there.
It's unfortunate that this gym is being ran by poor management. Since I have been going to the desert ridge location and ice den location I have noticed the regulars from this gym are now going there too.
