A solid, solid A-OK. The low's? The low ceiling and altitude (it's a basement with no windows, which is totally reasonable during Madison's winter months). The High's? You can get high for pretty cheap during happy hour, which basically lasts until the undergrads show up... at which point you'll want to leave. The food, once again, is A-OK; standard fare, best bet is to get a burger or something fried. Truly, this little joint's approachability and a-proximity to campus are what make it a standby for graduate students, professors, and undergrads alike.
