Ive been eating at Wai's since it opened. The food is always good. But, when I call to order pick-up, Ive come to expect a rude voice on the other end, never helpful or professional . Ive even told Wai but shes always said "we do very well" so I assumed either she didnt grasp the concept of good customer service or didnt care. I still ate the food because its great. But Im happy to say that today when I ordered, a gentleman answered the phone and he was so polite, helpful, professional, and obliging. I am so happy hes there because now they have both good help and good food. I dont know this guys name, but I hope he stays because he is excellent.
