For the most part, I love this gym. The facilities are usually very clean, the machines all work well, and most of the employees are very friendly. Everyone working out also minds their business, it's a very comfortable atmosphere, especially if you're new to working out. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because a few of their employees are not so great. There are two young gentlemen there that are always fantastic, a brunette guy and a blond guy, both of whom look to be in their late teens/early twenties. Those two always greet me pleasantly, tell me to have a good workout, etc. Some of the other employees leave a lot to be desired. Specifically, a couple of the young ladies barely acknowledge you on the way in other than to scan your card and a couple of them spend so much time texting or video chatting (seriously?) on their cell phones that they fail to notice all the spray bottles are running out of cleaning solution or that there's no paper towels left to wipe down your machine. If the few slacking employees took their job a little more seriously, this would easily be a 5-star gym for me.
