Honestly, this really makes me sad. I come from the Bay Area where the original CREAM in Berkeley is. There, it makes sense to why the line is out the door because from the outside you can smell that amazing aroma of freshly baked cookies, and when you make your order, you see them make your ice cream sandwiches with those freshly baked cookies.... Not the case at this location. What a shame :( We got a ice cream sandwich with red velvet cookies and the banana nut ice cream. The cookies were out on the cookie racks and when they were served to us, the cookies were cold and hard... I took a bite of it and all the ice cream just slid to the end of it cos of how hard the cookies were and pushed the ice cream back. This is my first experience going to this CREAM location, and unfortunately my last. Very disappointed and puts the original CREAM to shame.
