I used their service for years. The customer service was hit or miss (mostly miss) but the owner (Mike) used to be responsive. They've changed hands since and the staff recommended I dry clean every shirt or change cleaners because they can't get any of my shirts clean. I'm sure the new owner isn't aware of the staff sending customers elsewhere. They use a common off-site service like all the cleaners I've found. That service is really pretty bad. Shirts routinely come back with "ring around the collar" and had to be relaundered. I work in a professional setting, indoors. I cleaned my own shirts and they were perfectly clean. Further, over the course of a couple of years they ruined or lost 3 shirts. I can't recommend at all. Haven't found a trustworthy cleaner nearby in years. Last one did their own laundry on-site, dying breed.
