Had a horrible experience here with a worker. I was looking at toys with my two year old. He found a train, that was connected with two parts, that he was playing with until we could buy it. Suddenly a worker came over and started snatching the toys from my son and putting them in the boxes (mind you he had only three toy parts out). When I told her we were getting them, she stated they can't be out on the floor because if a customer trips, it's their fault. I honestly understand that, BUT, as someone who's worked retail before, you NEVER rudely snatch something out of a customer's hand, let alone a child's. I shop here a few times a month, however, I refuse to go back after this. There's a way to say and do everything, she obviously had no experience. Don't work at a children's store if you don't like children and definitely don't work in retail if you do not know how to speak with customers. *The entire time, I made sure he was not in the aisle, and put every toy back he got out, except the train we WERE going to purchase.
