For years, I patronized this location because it was close to my home. Through the years, I developed no expectations for them. I expected staff to not be so knowledgeable and not be so eager to help. Today I visited a different location because the items I needed were not in stock. This other location was GREAT! I was greeted at the door and given a flyer. There was ample staff available who was happy to help. The other location even had additional stock. I will never visit this University location again.
