Came here a couple days ago with a friend to try it out, we've both had our bio gel on for quite some time. Also we are both certified aestheticians so we know a thing or two about how gel nails should look and what not. Anyways my friend made an appt for both of us, we get to the salon and as soon as we walk in we are greeted and stared at as if we're criminals. I get a full set and my friend a refill. I was not impressed what so ever my thumb nail was glued on crooked and as i immediately mentioned it i was given a look like i was crazy, he blamed my finger for the nail being crooked but i told him i saw him glue it on crooked. He offered to remove the nail and start over but my nails were already so thin and fragile i told him no, because i know what my nails can handle. So both my thumb nails are shorter then the actual length of my nails. When i told him what shape i wanted i showed him a picture, i wanted coffin but a little bit shorter then the average. so when i saw him shaping i told him i changed my mind and just wanted squoval (square round) but he wouldn't listen and i now have claws that are all different lengths and different shapes& thumb nails that are shorter then the rest. I also was not impressed with the fact that i was cut multiple times and the paint job is atrocious.
