So tonight was my husband's third visit to this barber. This time it was dirty and the employees talked over and around customers. Also, my husband's haircut took a fraction of the time it did on the other visits. And his beard trim was lazy - there are many stray, long hairs. Lastly, this was the first time my husband was offered a frequent customer card. He mentioned that this was his third visit and the gentleman helping him ignored this completely. Doesn't seem like the best way to earn repeat customers. Disappointing, overall. We probably won't return.
