I called for an in-home estimate, like others have said they want all the decision makers present. I then checked reviews on this site and checked the Better Business Bureau, they have over 100 complaints with a rating of C-, I called to cancel the appt and they gave me a hard time, they told me I would loose out on all the special offers and when I told them about their bad rating on BBB they told me I was wrong and misinformed and then hung up on me.
