I've been a regular here for five years now. The drink menu is solid, and they change their pastry selections daily. The pastries are always great, the staff is kind and knowledgeable. The vibe is perfectly low-key for studying, working, having a quiet chat with a friend, or coming in for live music on First Friday. It's really close to ASU, and they regularly host writing groups and art expos. The front yard & patio also double nicely as a play area if you want to let your kid or dog enjoy the grass while you relax.
Also, super easy to access the parking lot via the alley between 2nd and 3rd streets, behind the building.
