Normally a big fan of the big bus franchises all over the world; HOWEVER this one was awful! We had a total of 3 tour guides and 2 of the 3 were horrible. No facts or even interesting tidbits...just free flow stream of thought. All fine and well until Our one tour guide "T" felt it appropriate to yell at pedestrians and berate other tour groups. The peak was when she got in a shouting match with an obviously mentally ill man on the side of the road. She was absolutely embarrassing and unprofessional. She made me so incredibly uncomfortable by her behavior. Also, More facts about the Cheesecake Factory bar than the historic Fremont Street. Atrocious. I'm going to ask for a refund.
