Worst experience ever! The scheduler, customer service rep and "owner", just can't tell the truth. Once they received the 60% down payment, I was on my own and had to call them repeatedly to get them to make any progress on my job.
My system is finally installed, but not according to the approved plans. The job took three months (not the one month per the contract), 14 days of missed work on my part to supervise the workers on site at my house to keep them from making mistakes like putting the solar panels on the wrong roof!
My experience is not unique according to the Jersey Electric and Solar electricians who worked at my house.
