So many expletives I'd like to use to describe how impossible it has been to cancel this membership. As a military service member it's just appalling. From calling the gym, emailing their website, to faxing my orders to their unobliging "customer service" department... only to STILL be getting harassed by their collections agency throughout this nearly 3 month process. It's disgusting. I just got off the phone with "customer service" who had the audacity to ask me to fax my orders again after having to jump through hoops to access a fax machine in the first place. So it is resolved? Not at all because it is now being escalated to "management" which is another 72 hr process that my schedule cannot accommodate. Who in their right mind would deny an active duty service member who has provided overseas orders a simple gym cancellation?
