Since now is morning, and I am enjoying the bread I bought from BlackBird Baking Co. yesterday. This new bakery in Kensington market definitely worths to be a routine bakery when I am in downtown. The smell of the sourdough bread is able to be recognized at home even I am two,three meters from the bread. The store carries different types of sourdough bread such as baguettes( white, multigrain and a branch like baguette:) ), Artisan bread( Kensington sourdough, Toronto sourdough, Ciabatta (demi size) ), sweet treats or tarts and so many other selections.PS: they are a little bit pricy like $4-5 for a baguette and $5-7 for a loaf of bread. Also they carry fresh sandwiches made by using their own bread. Finally, the staffs are really friendly. They are always willing to guide you which kind of bread you want and show you the details of their bread.
