Spent $85 on a protein tub. Got home and saw the inner seal was broken. Went straight back and asked for a new, sealed tub. Being in the medical packaging business, I'm aware that they shouldn't be selling unsealed product (nor should anyone be consuming it). Management and regular staff said it was on the consumer to call the manufacturer of the protein. Which, for those not in the packaging business, is incorrect. One Stop would make the swap and be responsible for the manufacturer conversation. Not only did I buy an errand, but I bought a product that wasn't meant to be sold, and was met with carelessness and indifference at this One Stop. I won't be returning.
