Initially, I loved this place. Staff was a bit disorganized but very friendly. Steer clear unless you want to pay piecemeal fees for absolutely EVERYTHING. Rent (not cheap itself) includes sq ft alone and nothing else. The complex charges you separately for community electricity, sewer, trash, convenience fees, community gas (no idea..BBQs aren't even finished yet), and service fees in addition to individual electric and water. Of course, it's all in the fine print but you won't see the specific charges until well after you've signed the lease and are stuck. Beautiful space but you will pay for it.
