I never use franchise Auto Repair. these guys went above and beyond to take care of me. They thoroughly explained items that needed repair, and work with me knowing I was short on cash to repair the most important first and what could wait. Honesty and understanding are qualities that this shop in particular applies. I am mechanically inclined and able to make most of these repairs myself, so I would be able to know clearly if these guys were trying to rip me off. I can't speak for other brake master locations, but this location on Happy Valley I will promise my loyalty.
