Just stopped in here on a whim with friends, and am glad I did! Saturday evening, busy but not packed. Got a nice seat on the patio and had a great time. The noise level was just right, the drinks were strong and the food was terrific. Spencer (and all of the other waitstaff) were friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
My only real complaint was that the non-smoking area of the patio was not really enforced, and we had people standing five feet away who were smoking. It wasn't too bothersome because we were outside, but none of the staff seemed aware of it.
I didn't see any signs of the problems reported in the lesser rated reviews, but I have only be there once so far. It's a good bet that I will be back, and if it is as good the second time, I could see this place becoming a regular happy hour spot for me.
