As the old saying goes, "if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is". Well, that does not apply to Mike at Swift Garage Door Repair.
I arrived home at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 6/5/2018 to discover that the spring on my garage door had broken. Being that it was almost 20 years old, I figured I was lucky. I immediately consulted Yelp and found Swift Garage Door Repair. The ratings and written reviews were off the chart, so I called them. Mike answered the telephone and I explained the issue. He said if it was an emergency he could respond this evening, but since it was only an inconvenience, I told him it could wait until tomorrow. As promised, I received a telephone call at 8:00 AM to schedule the repair. I was given a timeframe of 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, so I asked if an earlier appointment opened up, I would like to have it.
At 9:00 AM, I received a telephone call from Mike. He said that he could be at my house in less than five minutes, if I was available. I was and Mike arrived in about four minutes.
Mike was outgoing, knowledgeable and personable. He explained all of my options and the pricing, which I found to be reasonable. Mike replaced the garage springs and made minor adjustments in about an hour. He then explained all of the repairs and made suggestions for improved performance.
Mike, from Swift Garage Door Repair was outstanding. Once again, thanks to the Yelp community, I have found the only company I will ever use or recommend for garage door repairs.
