I normally would give this playground 4/5 stars as I frequent here with my children, it is a clean facility, and my kids do enjoy it! I'm simply deducting a star because the girl that was managing the desk this last Friday on 12/15/17 (young, Hispanic girl, I did not catch her name) was not very professional and unwilling to work with her customer (me). I came in with a "free pass"card for one free play(which was never free to begin with, it was a system that they would give you the passes in lieu of a package you buy, for example, $60 for 10 passes) that apparently was utilized by prior management. She immediately says "we don't take those anymore", offering no further explanation. I looked at her stunned and asked why not. She states it was from prior management and they do not take it anymore. I suggested that was not fair, as it is not my fault to have to suffer the consequences of new management, and told her as a courtesy they should at least honor the pass. She wasn't budging. I paid for entry because my two year old was really looking forward to playing here. I was disappointed in the way this was handled.
