Stopped by with a friend for lunch. The cafeteria style set up is off putting at first but it gives you an opportunity to see what the entries look like when ordering. Joe's is located in downtown Gilbert in an old brick building with a covered patio on the side. It is a pretty good size place with plenty of options for seating. The BBQ smoke smells fantastic as you enter. I had the two meat combo (ribs and pulled pork) and my companion had a pulled pork sandwich. Both were very good, fall off the bone ribs and moist and tender pulled pork. Good but not great BBQ sauce options. We had Mac N' Cheese and Cole Slaw sides which were tasty. Would definitely stop back.
