Bus comfortable...canyon gorgeous. But tour started very late (despite paying extra for the 'early bird' which put us on the helicopter behind several busses. By the time we got back from the helicopter, we did not have a chance to enjoy the Canyon, eat lunch, etc. If it weren't for a very nice man from the Indian Reservation who took pity on us, we would have not even seen the Canyon except via the helicopter.
Our tour guide reminded us every half hour that he accepted tips. Then told us that the Federal Government charges them $6 per person per hour in taxes....which is a lie.
Weeks later I am still waiting on a call back from manager. We paid extra for all the bells and whistles and feel cheated.
