Ribeye special - meat, potato, side veggie, salad bar. $13.99.
Looked like a slice of prime rib was cut and put on the griddle. Not a lot of traffic in the place, though it has a great setting with leather booths, view of LV, nice happy hour.
Meat was 1/3 to 1/4 inedible gristle or fat, not juicy like a ribeye after resting. Broccoli was cool, fries were good, but about 10% were burnt.
This place has a lot of good reviews - I'll probably try it again, but not order what I had.
