how to post negative star ratings here?
THESE GUYS are SCAMMERS. I bought the coupon off of Buytopia and booked an appointment for 11 AM. Upon arriving I was told that there are extra charges for seat wash, though the fine print read as "Hand wash and dry" and thats at an additional cost. Then I was told that I will need salt stain removing as well, I have Superiors mats from WeatherTek in my car, but employee and the so called "owner" CHRIS said car won't be much clean if I don't take salt stain removing package, additional cost of $60 plus their 20% tax and gratuity.
Ok, so as I didn't wanted to waste my time, I agreed to pay and get work done. I was told that it would take an hour to clean my car. I waited at the nearby subway food joint for 2.5 hours and then came out to see how much longer it would take. I saw my car untouched and still at same parking spot where I left it. NOTHING WAS DONE YET. When I asked, the employee said, owner wanted other 2 cars to get done first. Man, if you don't value time, then start saying that when people call for booking appointments. Don't give out appointments. When I was talking to the owner earlier, he was too rude and not even listening as if he was giving me a favor by cleaning my car. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. This place needs to either be shutdown or start working properly. Have some respect and courtesy for customers.
