I am new to Phoenix and took my 1098 in to have the valves adjusted by a dealership mechanic. Long story short, a poor job done by them resulted in a slipped timing belt and trashed cylinder. A friend recommended Dustin at DTR. Not only did Dustin and his crew do excellent work on the repairs, but he coached me through the process of working with the dealership, who didn't want to cover their work. He also did a lot of the behind the scenes coordination once an agreement was reached. He kept me in the loop with regular updates and was in general pleasant and professional. I'll never take my bike anywhere else now!
