I've stayed at this location twice, both times by booking my reservation via Hotwire, so I have gotten a pretty good rate each time. It's far enough outside of Toronto that you can get a good deal on short notice. The first time I booked it about a week before the Grey Cup and the second time was about a week before Canada Day weekend. Perhaps the best part is that it is on the western side of Toronto, so if you driving in from the Windsor area, you can get to the hotel before you get into the city. There are numerous mass transit options nearby--I prefer taking the Go trains when going downtown and there are two stations about 5 minutes away.
The hotel itself is pretty standard, nothing about it blows you away, but at the same time, it serves its purpose dutifully. I'm a pretty low maintenance person, so I don't encounter the staff other than checking in and checking out, but the times that I have dealt with them, they have been very friendly and easy to deal with.
The rooms themselves have been clean and contain the amenities that one would expect for a hotel at this price level. The WiFi is free and easy to access and is a decent speed to get done anything that you need to get done. The continental breakfast had plenty of hot options and is pretty good. I've made sure to get it each morning I've stayed there (except one time when I was running a 5K in the morning), and haven't been disappointed.
All in all, this is a good option if you are staying in the Toronto area. I will definitely seek this place out again the next time that I head to the GTA.
