I love Chipotle. You just can't go wrong. And this is a new location so it is nice, and usually clean. The reason for my 3 star review is the staff. Very very slow. The line being out the door doesn't necessarily mean that they are slammed... just that they aren't getting people through quick enough.
And maybe I am expecting a lot, because I live near the Kent location in a college town where they are constantly slammed, and consistently get people through the line very quickly. But this location is just extremely slow.
Also can be a little stingy with the portions for everything. You find yourself asking for extra rice, and extra sour cream, and extra pretty much everything because the scoops just aren't what they are at other locations.
Overall though still a Chipotle, and the food is always fresh and good. So 3 Stars.

I have updated my star rating from 3-4 after the outstanding service I received today. I went to grab a bottle of Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce today and they were all gone. I went and asked a line worker and was told that they were out of new bottles unfortunately. She offered me extra hot sauce, but I declined as the only sauce I like to put on top is the chipotle pepper sauce. I went and sat down and less than 5 min later, the same worker had went out when the line died down and scoured the tables looking for a bottle, grabbed one, and brought it over to me.
I was very impressed that they went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. For this, they get another star!
